Position: Fixed Cost Analyst (Contract)
Job Description
The Fixed Cost Analyst (Contract) is responsible for the following :
Performing financial analyses including forecasting and variance explanationsContributing toward the development of annual business plansProviding key support to Sales & Marketing operations teamsProfessionally and productively liaising with various Canadian and US groupsWorking on innovation and process improvementsHandling special projects, as appropriate, in support of corporate objectivesDeveloping presentationsCompleting various month end accounting duties including assisting with booking of journal entries, reporting on actuals, and completing various reporting under time constraintsSupporting Internal Controls, and all associated programs and activitiesCross train with other positions within the Fixed Cost group (G&A, Non-Rev Company Car)FCA Canada Inc. is committed to providing accommodation for people with accessibility needs due to disabilities in all aspects of the hiring process. Requirements
Basic Qualifications :
Bachelor’s Degree in finance, accounting, business, or a related fieldMinimum ONE (1) year of Finance or Accounting experienceExceptional communication skills both written and verbalProficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint,Proven analytical and problem-solving skillsAbility to prioritize and manage multiple deliverables under tight time constraintsSolid interpersonal skills and demonstrated ability to work productively as a member of cross-functional teamsLegally authorized to work in CanadaPreferred Qualifications :
MBA and or CPA designation preferredSAP accounting systems experience is considered an assetSome flexibility in work schedule to meet internal deadlinesWillingness to eventually consider possible rotation into US-based positions
