What awaits you:
- Understand the compliance handbook and actively support the development, communication and all compliance activity
- Support all plans and site activities related to the management of quality and environment systems
- Responsible for the operational balance sheet and reconciliations including investigation and reporting of irregularities
- Coordinates the gathering of information and processes accounts for the Month end close process
- Assist Program Mgt. In costing of new products/programs
- Assist Controller in Month-end packages
- Process's all payables, including record keeping of these transactions, for Finance Department within the facility
- Ensure that purchase ledgers are administered efficiently and accurately with all payments being made on time
What you'll need to succeed:
- Good understanding of Excel/ ERP
- Have good written and verbal communication skills
