Global Collections Specialist - Cash Flow Champion
Open Text, The Information Company, is seeking a Collection Specialist to drive cash flow and provide exceptional customer experiences in accounts receivable. You will manage a portfolio, resolve disputes, and maintain accurate customer data while collaborating across teams.
With a minimum of three years in collections (global B2B preferred) and strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills, you will support the Cash Collection strategy within a dynamic, evolving environment.
