• Three years of commercial lending experience in a financial institution
• Financial, risk, and credit analysis or structuring experience
• Strong organization for multiple time-sensitive tasks
• Interpersonal, negotiation, communication, and client-centric skills
• Experience with digital banking and web-based resources
