Senior Commercial Relationship Manager

Lead commercial relationship management in Windsor with deep credit expertise, customer insight, and profitable business growth responsibilities  a Senior Relationship Manager, you will serve Commercial Large Business and Junior Corporate customers within Personal & Commercial Banking. You will originate new business, deepen relationships, assess credit, and structure sophisticated financing, cash management, and banking solutions. The position requires market intelligence, financial statement analysis, risk assessment, and trusted advisory skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage assigned commercial customer portfolios and relationship strategies
Build relationships and promote TD’s full product suite
Assess credit requests and recommend appropriate deal structures
Monitor accounts, renew credits, and manage assigned limits
Refer opportunities across TD business lines and partners
Requirements:
Undergraduate or graduate degree and/or 10+ years’ relevant experience
Deep credit acumen and financial statement interpretation skills
Expertise in commercial markets, industries, and customer needs
Ability to negotiate significant terms and persuade customers
Ability to identify, manage, and escalate risks
