Pension Analyst Services

Support CAAT employers through pension administration, contribution reconciliation, and data analysis as a Pension Analyst, Employer Services. Provide technical guidance and accurate daily support.

This Pension Analyst serves as a key contact for participating employers in the CAAT Pension Plan. The role supports plan administration, employer relationships, annual data collection, and member statement preparation. It also requires knowledge of pension systems, plan texts, and legislation.

• Provide technical support and guidance to assigned employers
• Maintain employer relationships through monthly status meetings
• Deliver education and training on plan rules
• Reconcile contributions and resolve data discrepancies
• Prepare and validate annual member statements

• College Diploma or University Degree in Finance or Business
• At least two years of pension administration experience
• Knowledge of pension systems, plan texts, and legislation
• Strong analytical, mathematical, and communication skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office tools
