Deliver personalized makeup services and skincare consultations as a part time Paid Services Beauty Advisor II at Sephora in Waterloo, Ontario.
This certified beauty services expert works within the Beauty Studio, combining makeup artistry, product knowledge, service execution, and selling skills. The position builds client confidence through personalized applications, consultations, recommendations, and inclusive service experiences. You will also support appointments, product sales, repeat visits, and studio utilization.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide personalized makeup applications, consultations, and product recommendations
- Identify client needs and convert services into product sales
- Promote Beauty Services and secure appointments and rebookings
- Build client relationships through loyalty and retention activities
- Follow hygiene, sanitation, appointment, and service protocols
- One to three years of relevant experience
- Strong makeup application and skincare consultation skills
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Sephora Beauty Services certification requirements completed
- Availability for 15 to 29 hours weekly
