Beauty sales and skincare consultations define this Shoppers Drug Mart opportunity. Support customers through product expertise, demonstrations, and personalized service.
As a Beauty Specialist, you maximize sales of beauty products and services sold by Shoppers Drug Mart. You promote promotional programs, PC Optimum participation, and in-store events. The work also includes eClienteling, product marketing, vendor schools, workshops, and Cosmetics Operating Standards.
Key Responsibilities:- Promote beauty products, services, and promotional programs
- Conduct makeup and skincare consultations and demonstrations
- Encourage PC Optimum program participation through customer interactions
- Book appointments for in-store events
- Provide superior customer service through eClienteling
- Cosmetics selling skills and proven selling experience
- Knowledge of beauty products and services
- Strong communication and consultative skills
- Independent thinking, planning, judgment, and decision making
- Ability to lift 50 pounds and climb ladders
