Key Responsibilities:

• Assist residents with personal care and daily living activities

• Encourage independence through tailored support strategies

• Provide documentation at the point of care accurately

• Ensure a safe and respectful environment for residents

• Monitor residents and report changes in their condition

Requirements:

• Valid PSW Certification (600 hours required)

• Experience in long-term care or dementia care preferred

• Strong observation and reporting skills

• Commitment to safety and best practices

• Reliable and able to work flexible shifts
