Key Responsibilities:
• Create and revise individualized resident care plans
• Lead and evaluate the performance of personal care staff

Requirements:
• Must be registered with the provincial College of Nurses
• Strong communication skills in English
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• Recent VPS (Vulnerable Position/Sector Screening)
• Compassionate and professional approach to patient care
