Extendicare is hiring a part time Certified Restorative Aide to enrich the lives of residents through dedicated support. Collaborate with teams to implement meaningful restorative initiatives.

In the role of Certified Restorative Aide at Extendicare, you’ll engage in the planning and execution of impactful restorative programs. This position promotes a team-oriented atmosphere and requires maintaining detailed resident records. Strong communication abilities and a passion for working with seniors are vital for success in this position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate in planning restorative programs for residents

• Maintain accurate resident assessments and records

• Foster good relationships with residents and teams

• Uphold ethical standards in caregiving

• Carry out additional duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Restorative certification or equivalent experience

• Experience with elderly populations in care settings

• Proficient in both written and spoken communication

• Computer skills are advantageous

• Must provide a Vulnerable Sector Check
