As a Restorative Aide, you will be responsible for planning and organizing restorative programs that meet the needs of each resident. Keeping detailed records of assessments and evaluations is essential in tracking program participation. Your ability to foster supportive relationships among residents, families, and staff will be key, all while upholding the ethical standards set by Extendicare.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and implement restorative programs for residents

• Document assessments and participatory records diligently

• Maintain positive relations with residents and team members

• Support a team-oriented work environment

• Adhere to ethical practices and Extendicare's values

Requirements:

• Certification in restorative practices or equivalent

• Hands-on experience in long-term care with seniors

• Strong written and verbal communication

• Basic computer skills are a plus

• Complete Vulnerable Sector Check required
