As a key member of our nursing team, you will deliver care in a 128-bed facility known for its commitment to residents. This part-time role requires you to supervise personal care staff while collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to manage and improve care plans. Your leadership and expertise will guide nursing staff to provide high-quality care.
Key Responsibilities:
• Implement and review complex care plans for residents
• Provide leadership and evaluation of nursing staff
• Collaborate with care providers for continuous improvement
• Ensure effective communication across disciplines
• Monitor quality of care to meet resident needs
Requirements:
• Valid registration as a Registered Nurse (RN)
• Proven leadership experience in nursing
• Availability for night and evening shifts
