Lead health and wellness efforts at Seasons Retirement Communities in Belle River, ON as a Health and Wellness Manager. Coordinate care services while ensuring compliance with health regulations.

In this full-time role, you will oversee care team members and administer health assessments for residents. The Wellness Manager plays a vital role in promoting individual care plans and maintaining strong communications with families and healthcare partners. Your ability to foster trust and respect will contribute to a supportive environment for seniors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide assessments for incoming residents

• Advocate for healthy lifestyles among residents

• Facilitate communication with families and external agencies

• Manage care compliance with health regulations

• Handle administrative duties including team training and scheduling

Requirements:

• Covid-19 vaccination is mandatory

• Current Registered Nurse license and CPR

• Medication administration training certification

• Effective organizational and verbal skills

• Class G/Class 5 driver’s license with no infractions
