Position: RPN Providing Care at Sun Parlor Home
Support residents at Sun Parlor Home as a part time Registered Practical Nurse in Leamington, Ontario. Engage in high-quality nursing practices focused on resident-centered care.

You will be part of a caring team dedicated to delivering personalized nursing services in accordance with Ontario's standards. This role involves direct care, emotional support for residents, and operational guidance for Personal Support Workers. Collaborate in a diverse environment committed to enhancing the lives of those you care for.

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer medications and monitor clinical outcomes

• Engage in resident care and emotional support

• Facilitate training and support for Personal Support Workers

• Document care accurately and manage resident concerns

• Oversee palliative and restorative nursing programs

Requirements:

• Current registration with College of Nurses of Ontario

• At least six months experience in long-term care

• Skills in electronic health record systems

• Certification in CPR/AED and First Aid

• Recent Vulnerable Sector Check documentation
