Become a key player as a Product Integrity Specialist, analyzing product complaints and adverse events. This role emphasizes administrative support and strong data management skills in a healthcare setting.

Key Responsibilities:
• Review cases for product complaints and adverse events
• Facilitate retrievals for client companies as needed
• Make follow-up calls for thorough product information
• Create response letters for product complaints
• Maintain accurate electronic correspondence and reports
Requirements:
• At least 1–3 years in an administrative role
• Strong command of English and medical terminology
• Prior experience in medical/pharmaceutical fields preferred
• High competency with Microsoft Office and databases
• Capacity to prioritize tasks independently
