At Lakeshore Residence, we are seeking a compassionate Personal Support Worker committed to meaningful relationships and quality care. This position focuses on supporting residents with personal care and daily activities while ensuring their comfort and dignity. Collaborate with a dedicated care team to create joyful moments in our brand-new facility opening in 2026.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support residents with personal care and daily living activities

• Monitor changes in residents’ physical and emotional well-being

• Accurately document care in electronic health records

• Maintain a clean and supportive living environment

• Communicate professionally with residents and families

Requirements:

• PSW certification from an approved program of at least 600 hours

• Registration with HSCPOA preferred

• Experience with person-centered care philosophy

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Willingness to obtain a Vulnerable Sector Check
