This role emphasizes comprehensive community rehabilitation through assessments and treatments for clients with varying physical, cognitive, and psychosocial needs. You will provide tailored in-home and hospital discharge assessments as well as concussion and mental health treatments. Experience a collaborative environment free from the pressures typical of private practice, allowing you to concentrate fully on client care.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct ergonomic and cognitive rehabilitation assessments
• Provide concussion treatment and mental health interventions
• Manage complex auto cases from assessment to treatment
• Collaborate with insurance providers and legal representatives
• Carry out in-home and worksite evaluations
Requirements:
• Registration with the College of Occupational Therapists of Ontario
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle
• Ability to work independently in varied settings
• Strong analytical and organizational skills
• Experience with auto sector legislation is a plus
