In this new position, you will act as a catalyst for resident well-being, ensuring emotional care is prioritized alongside clinical results. Your leadership will guide the team in understanding and implementing person-centered care practices, driving quality improvements and relationships among residents and staff.
Key Responsibilities:
• Catalyze improvements in resident quality of life
• Model emotional intelligence and person-centered care
• Support team training in Butterfly care practices
• Collaborate with families and external caregivers
• Mentor future Human Experience Champions
Requirements:
• Butterfly Project Leader experience preferred
• Familiarity with emotion-focused interaction techniques
• Degree or diploma in relevant fields
• Must complete Vulnerable Sector Check and provide vaccine proof
• Two supervisory references required
