This full-time, permanent role involves planning and coordinating speech and language therapy through the Talk 2 Me program in Windsor and Essex County. You'll work closely with the Speech and Language Program Manager and engage with families while providing effective evaluations and interventions. Required skills include strong communication, collaboration, and experience with diverse delivery modes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide speech therapy consultations and interventions
• Offer educational sessions for families and caregivers
• Maintain documentation per professional standards
• Develop monthly statistical reports as per policy
• Facilitate collaborative activities with community partners
Requirements:
• Master’s Degree in Speech and Language Pathology
• Registered with CASLPO and valid driver's license
• Criminal Record Check for Vulnerable Persons
• Experience in pediatric settings preferred
• Strong commitment to family-centered support
