In the PSW role, you will assist individuals with personal care and daily living tasks, ensuring their comfort and dignity are prioritized. You’ll collaborate with the care team to monitor health changes and maintain accurate documentation, helping each resident thrive.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist residents with personal care tasks and ADLs

• Monitor residents’ health and report significant changes

• Document care activities in health records accurately

• Maintain a clean and supportive living environment

• Communicate respectfully with families and staff

Requirements:

• PSW certification with a minimum of 600 hours

• Background in person-centered care approach

• Excellent oral and written communication

• Vulnerable Sector Check required within six months

• Proof of vaccinations necessary
