Part Time Lab Patient Technician

Life Labs is seeking a dedicated Part Time Lab Patient Technician for a float position. You'll work Monday to Friday, from 7:15 AM to 4:45 PM, across Kingsville, Windsor, and Essex. Key responsibilities include performing phlebotomies, collecting special test samples, and maintaining client relationships with exceptional communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet patients and explain the specimen collection process

• Perform phlebotomies and conduct ECG tracings

• Collect special test samples and complete documentation

• Maintain client relationships and respond to inquiries

• Prepare specimens for transportation to testing facilities

Requirements:

• Graduate of an approved Laboratory Assistant program

• Phlebotomy and ECG training preferred

• Excellent communication and computer skills

• Strong patient service and problem-solving abilities

• Ability to maintain patient privacy and confidentiality
