Take on a Personal Support Worker role at Lakeshore Residence in Belle River, Ontario. This full-time night shift position is dedicated to enhancing resident care and promoting independence.

Lakeshore Residence seeks a compassionate PSW to create moments that matter for our residents. With a person-centered approach, you will assist in daily living activities, monitor emotional and physical well-being, and document important care information. You’ll collaborate closely with the care team to ensure a supportive, safe environment for all residents.

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote independence through personal care and daily activities

• Report any changes in residents' well-being

• Document all activities in electronic records

• Maintain safety and cleanliness throughout the residence

• Engage professionally with residents and families

Requirements:

• Certification as a PSW from an approved program

• Experience with a person-centered care approach

• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities

• Current Vulnerable Sector Check needed

• TB test and vaccination proof requirement
