Key Responsibilities:

• Provide assistance with personal care and daily tasks

• Encourage independence through respectful support techniques

• Uphold dignity during bathing and personal hygiene routines

• Work closely with the Nursing/Restorative team to achieve goals

• Document care and observations accurately in electronic systems

Requirements:

• PSW Certification meeting provincial standards

• Experience with dementia care and restorative practices

• Ability to communicate effectively with residents and families

• Adherence to health and safety best practices

• Willingness to work flexible shifts and maintain reliable attendance
