Position: Dietitian Role at S&R Group
Shape the health of residents as a Dietitian at S&R Group in Windsor. This clinical position focuses on nutrition and hydration strategies tailored to individual needs.

In this critical role, you will maintain essential nutrition standards through direct interaction with residents, performing assessments, and coordinating with families and healthcare teams. Effective communication and the ability to adapt care plans are key to ensuring optimal dietary success for our community members.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and monitor residents' nutrition levels

• Complete annual and significant change assessments

• Develop and evaluate customized nutrition plans

• Educate residents and families about nutritional needs

• Collaborate with staff on quality improvement initiatives

Requirements:

• Must have registration with the College of Dietitians of Ontario

• Minimum of 2 years relevant long-term care experience

• Familiarity with electronic medical records systems preferred

• Must have a clear Vulnerable Sector Screen

• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
