Life Labs is seeking a dedicated Lab Patient Technician to join our team in Windsor. In this part-time position, you will conduct vital tasks such as greeting patients, performing phlebotomies, and preparing specimens for testing. Engage directly with patients while ensuring compliance with test protocols and maintaining quality service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and explain the specimen collection process

• Perform phlebotomies and ECG tracings accurately

• Conduct special tests including paternity and drug screens

• Maintain client relationships through reliable follow-up

• Enter required patient demographics into systems

Requirements:

• Graduate from an approved Laboratory Assistant program

• Phlebotomy and ECG experience preferred

• Strong communication and computer skills required

• Empathy and problem-solving abilities essential

• Ability to maintain patient privacy and confidentiality
