Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver quality personal support services to clients
• Travel between client locations, mileage covered
• Collaborate with a supportive team for continuous improvement
• Maintain client records and documentation as required
• Assist clients with daily living activities and mobility
Requirements:
• Valid driver's license and vehicle for daily use
• Meet all immunization requirements
• Current vulnerable sector check (VSC) needed
• CPR level C certification required
• Must be available for day shifts and weekends
