In this part-time role, your responsibilities will include collecting patient samples and performing various diagnostic tests. You'll analyze results, prepare reports, and contribute to quality improvement efforts. The position requires collaboration with healthcare staff to maintain high standards within the laboratory setting.
Key Responsibilities:
• Perform diagnostic tests on patient specimens precisely
• Analyze and interpret data for healthcare decisions
• Deliver accurate reports to facilitate patient treatment
• Participate in quality improvement and safety initiatives
• Collaborate effectively with hospital staff and stakeholders
Requirements:
• Bachelor of Medical Laboratory Science Degree
• Registered with CMLTO and hold CSMLS certification
• Demonstrated phlebotomy and analytical skills
• Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and multi-site
• Minimum 2 years of relevant clinical laboratory experience
