Long Term Care Physiotherapy Assistant

Become a Physiotherapy Assistant in Kingsville, Ontario, focusing on enriching the lives of residents in a Long Term Care environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct individual and group exercises for residents

• Document treatments and progress accurately

• Assist residents with walking, sitting, and transferring safely

• Report health changes to the Physiotherapist

• Administer therapies like TENS and hot packs

Requirements:

• Graduation from a Physiotherapy Assistant program or equivalent

• Excellent multi-tasking abilities in a fast-paced environment

• Strong communication skills with elderly populations

• Preferred experience in Long Term Care or Retirement facilities

• Must have valid police check for Vulnerable Sector and TB clearance
