In this vital position, you will be part of a multidisciplinary team that addresses the spiritual and emotional needs of residents. You will create and nurture connections, building relationships with residents, families, and faith groups.
Your role will be key to developing a holistic spiritual care program.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support residents through engaging spiritual activities
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
• Enhance spiritual care communication with communities
• Organize and lead spiritual programming
• Recruit and coordinate spiritual care volunteers
Requirements:
• Degree in theology or spiritual caregiving
• Connection to a faith organization
• Passion for continuous learning and growth
• Demonstrated communication and leadership skills
• Previous experience in senior living is a plus
