About the Role
HealthOPM is seeking a dedicated Personal Support Worker (PSW) to provide one-on-one care and behavioral support to a male youth with autism and complex special needs. This is a temporary role through our staffing agency, offering consistent hours and the opportunity to make a direct impact.
Pay & Perks
- Hourly rate: $23+ per hour

Key Responsibilities
- Provide personal care and daily living support
- Use NVCI or Safe Management Group training to ensure safety
- Assist in de‑escalating and managing challenging behaviors
- Communicate effectively with client staff and HealthOPM
Schedule
- Weekday (
Mon Fri
) or weekend (
Sat Sun
) availability - Shifts:
7 AM 3 PM, 3 PM 11 PM, 11 PM 7 AM
Qualifications
- Current PSW certification
- NVCI or Safe Management Group certification required
- Experience supporting youth with autism and behavioral challenges
