Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain accurate records of program participation
• Plan and implement innovative recreational activities
• Evaluate tasks and adapt based on feedback
• Ensure residents receive necessary equipment
• Attend departmental meetings and care conferences
Requirements:
• Qualification in recreation, gerontology, or related fields
• Experience with seniors and care programs
• Exceptional communication and organizational skills
• Current CPR and First Aid certifications
• Willingness to submit a Vulnerable Sector Check
