The MRI Technologist plays a critical role in the Magnetic Resonance Imaging Department, ensuring smooth departmental operations and collaborating with other healthcare professionals. Your responsibilities include performing MRI examinations, screening patients, and providing essential support throughout the imaging process to meet patient needs effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct MRI examinations with precision and care
• Screen patients and explain imaging processes thoroughly
• Provide anti-claustrophobic techniques and hearing protection
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare team members
• Promote a safe work environment following health standards
Requirements:
• Certification as M.R.T (MR) is mandatory
• Current registration with CMRITO is required
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
• Ability to work effectively within a healthcare team
