Temporary Psychologist in Education

Join the Greater Essex County District School Board as a full-time Temporary Psychologist. This role primarily focuses on providing psychological assessments and consultations for students requiring special education support.

This position offers a unique opportunity to work within the Special Education Department across various school locations. As a full-time Psychologist, you will be responsible for behavioral and socio-emotional assessments, crisis intervention, and collaboration with educators and parents. You'll also conduct professional development programs and liaise with external psychological service agencies to enhance student support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct psychological assessments for special education programming

Requirements:

• Ph.D. or equivalent in Clinical or School Psychology

• Registration or eligibility with the College of Psychologists of Ontario

• Experience in educational or clinical settings
