Ideal candidates will possess the PSW Certification or equivalent educational background, with a strong focus on delivering personalized assistance and support. You will build relationships with residents and their families while demonstrating teamwork and effective communication.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide ambulatory and personal hygiene support
• Offer companionship and nutritional assistance
• Communicate effectively with clinical leads
• Document care tasks using electronic health records
• Build trusted relationships within the team and with residents
Requirements:
• Personal Support Worker Certification or equivalent
• Current Basic Cardiac Life Support and First Aid certification
• Strong organizational skills and emotional awareness
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
• Current Vulnerable Sector Check or willingness to obtain
