Become a Personal Support Worker dedicated to enhancing patient dignity and quality of life.

We are looking for a qualified Part-Time Personal Support Worker to provide necessary care to patients in a compassionate environment. A completed PSW Program or HCA/CCA certification is required, along with experience in long-term care that may include dementia and palliative care exposure.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide ambulation assistance and mobility support
• Help with feeding and daily hygiene practices
• Maintain and document care plans accurately
• Interact positively with patients and their families
• Follow nursing care protocols and procedures closely
Requirements:
• PSW Program or HCA/CCA certification completed
• Previous experience in community care or long-term settings preferred
• Understanding of care documentation systems
• Strong ability to communicate in English verbally and in writing
• Knowledge of applicable legislation regarding patient care
