Key Responsibilities:
• Greet patients and assist them with eyewear choices
• Clarify and interpret prescriptions for patients
• Ensure proper fitting with precise measurements
• Process billing and payment transactions
• Assist in contact lens fittings and order processing
Requirements:
• Previous experience in retail or optical settings
• Strong multitasking and organizational skills
• Proficient in technology, including MS Office
• Excellent communication with a patient-first mindset
• Adaptability to changing tasks and priorities
