This full-time position requires a minimum of two shifts weekly. Your primary role encompasses supporting adults with traumatic brain injuries and managing seizures. Understanding client communication styles is essential for effective caregiving.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver 24/7 specialized care and support
• Administer oxygen therapy and oversee medication needs
• Facilitate engaging activities aligned with client interests
• Ensure a comfortable environment with minimal stimulation
• Document care plans and maintain hygiene standards
Requirements:
• 12 months of relevant homecare experience required
• Knowledge of neurological care and client monitoring
• Valid UK driver’s license and vehicle access
• Ability to interpret non-verbal communication
• Strong commitment to patient dignity and well-being
