Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct thorough client assessments and interventions
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary health team

• Recommend home modifications tailored to client needs
Requirements:
• Registered with the College of Occupational Therapists of Ontario
• Licensed driver with appropriate insurance for travel
• Dedicated to client-centered care principles
• Excellent critical thinking for client assessments
• Strong communication skills for team and independent work
