Position: Full-Time Patient Services Specialist Role

This position works 30-40 hours a week, ensuring that you play a pivotal role in a dynamic and rewarding setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and manage patient check-in and check-out

• Perform pre-testing for eye care services

• Coordinate appointments and handle billing

• Assist with eyewear pick-ups and minor repairs

• Provide exceptional customer service throughout interactions

Requirements:

• Previous retail experience preferred

• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities

• Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments

• Proficient with MS Office Suite and technology
