Mag Gas Medical, a leader in home oxygen and CPAP therapy since 1995, seeks a dedicated Field Technician. You will ensure timely deliveries and setups while being an integral part of our commitment to patient care. Your responsibilities will include instructing clients on equipment safety and troubleshooting any issues that may arise.
Key Responsibilities:
• Perform vehicle maintenance and compliance checks
• Deliver, set up, and pick up medical oxygen equipment
• Train clients on equipment operation and safety
• Troubleshoot and repair equipment as needed
• Complete necessary documentation for client records
Requirements:
• Ability to work in a physically demanding environment
• Strong independent working and time management skills
• Excellent communication skills for effective customer interaction
• Flexibility to work various shifts and on-call
• Proficiency in smartphone technology
