As an Affiliate Counsellor with FSWE, you will deliver short-term, solution-focused counselling and EAP services.
Your role involves assessing needs, creating goal-oriented treatment plans, and maintaining confidential records. You’ll adhere to established clinical protocols while benefiting from a supportive environment that prioritizes your professional development.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver short-term counselling and EAP support
• Conduct assessments and design treatment plans
• Maintain confidential and accurate client documentation
• Follow FSWE and EAP clinical standards
Requirements:
• Master’s degree in Social Work or Counselling Psychology
• Registration with OCSWSSW or CRPO
• Experience in counselling individuals and families
• Knowledge of community resources
• Bilingualism in French or Arabic is an asset
