Deliver patient-centered physiotherapy in Windsor with Lifemark, using evidence-informed care planning and collaborative rehabilitation expertise. Work 37.5 hours weekly in this clinic-based opportunity.
As a Lifemark physiotherapist, you will support mobility, recovery, wellness goals, and self-management. You will work within a multidisciplinary team alongside therapy assistants and kinesiologists. The position emphasizes compassionate communication, clinical excellence, continuous learning, and personalized care.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop personalized, evidence-informed rehabilitation and wellness care plans
- Coordinate patient-centric care with multidisciplinary professionals
- Educate patients and families on recovery and prevention
- Partner with therapy assistants and kinesiologists
- Use e-charting and digital communication tools
- Active provincial regulatory college license in good standing
- Professional liability insurance, as required
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and patient-first mindset
- One to two-plus years outpatient LTC experience preferred
- Valid Vulnerable Sector check and Tuberculin clearance
