Job Overview

IIQAF Group is seeking a professional and customer-focused Hotel Front Desk Clerk to join our hospitality operations in Canada. As the first point of contact for guests, you will play a key role in delivering outstanding guest services, front desk operations, and reservation support while ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out experience.

This role is ideal for individuals with strong customer service, hotel reception, and administrative skills who thrive in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greet guests and manage hotel check-in and check-out procedures
  • Handle reservations, room assignments, and guest inquiries
  • Provide accurate information about hotel services, amenities, and local attractions
  • Process payments, invoices, and front desk transactions
  • Maintain accurate records using hotel management and PMS systems
  • Respond to guest concerns professionally to ensure guest satisfaction
  • Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams regarding room status
  • Follow hospitality standards, safety policies, and company procedures
Required

Skills & Qualifications
  • Experience as a Hotel Front Desk Clerk, Front Desk Agent, or Receptionist
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Knowledge of hotel front desk operations and reservation systems
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced hospitality environment
  • Professional appearance and positive attitude
  • Basic computer and PMS system proficiency
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in hotels, resorts, or hospitality environments
  • Familiarity with property management systems (PMS)
  • Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
  • Availability for rotating shifts, nights, weekends, and holidays
