Kautex is looking for a skilled Associate Human Resources Business Partner to support its HR initiatives in manufacturing. This role entails coordinating recruitment, managing employee records, and facilitating labor relations activities. You will play a key role in fostering a supportive workplace through effective communication and employee engagement efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee daily HR operations and support activities
• Facilitate recruitment including interviewing and onboarding
• Act as a resource for employees regarding HR policies
• Conduct workplace investigations for HR-related matters
• Manage training and development initiatives
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in HR, Business, or related field
• 1-2 years of relevant HR experience
• Exposure to labor relations and grievance handling
• Strong interpersonal and conflict resolution skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
