In this role, you will influence BGBx’s growth by sourcing and securing top talent across diverse functions such as Strategy and Creative. Your expertise in recruitment will allow you to maintain high-quality candidate experiences while leveraging data to improve hiring outcomes. Partnering with cross-functional teams ensures alignment on recruitment strategies that reflect business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct full-cycle recruitment for various roles
• Nurture pipelines of candidates through strategic outreach
• Work closely with hiring managers to align on needs
• Maintain job postings and track candidates via ATS
• Lead initiatives for diversity and inclusion in hiring
Requirements:
• 3+ years of experience in full-cycle recruitment
• At least 2 years in healthcare or advertising
• Strong sourcing skills with Linked In Recruiter
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
• Experience analyzing recruiting metrics for improvement
