Human Resources Employee Relations Generalist

At Sysco, this Human Resources Generalist partners with supervisors and managers on human resource matters. The position supports recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and disability processes. It also maintains accurate HRIS information while applying relevant employment laws and regulations.

• Advise leaders on employee and labour relations matters
• Coach managers on performance, productivity, and behaviour issues
• Manage recruitment, selection, documentation, and onboarding processes
• Support disability and annual performance management processes
• Maintain HRIS data integrity and accuracy

• Two or more years of progressive Human Resources experience
• Post-secondary education in Human Resources
• Willingness to work at least three days in office
• Knowledge of federal, provincial, and local regulations
• Expertise with Microsoft Office, HRIS, recruitment platforms, and social media
