Job Description & How to Apply Below
You’ll work with real operational and performance data and contribute to practical projects such as defining success metrics, building lightweight dashboards, and documenting repeatable processes for better efficiency and adoption. (For example, our internal discussions have included developing KPIs to track AI-driven efficiency, adoption rates, turnaround time, and quality improvements.)
Your Role:
Support the team in defining and tracking KPIs for AI-driven efficiency and adoption (e.g., utilization, turnaround time improvements, quality indicators).
Collect, clean, and analyze operational datasets to identify trends, bottlenecks, and improvement opportunities.
Assist with measurement approaches (baseline vs. post-change comparisons) to quantify time savings and workflow impact.
Create clear, simple reporting outputs (dashboards, scorecards, or weekly snapshots) to communicate progress.
Document findings and propose recommendations in a way that’s easy for non-technical audiences to understand.
Help standardize data definitions and improve consistency in how metrics are tracked across teams.
Key Responsibilities (Marketing Data Analysis) Support marketing reporting by analyzing campaign performance metrics (e.g., engagement, conversion, web/email analytics as available).
Build and maintain recurring marketing reports and identify insights (what's working, what to test next).
Assist with audience segmentation and trend analysis to support targeting and content planning.
Help create repeatable reporting templates and dashboards for quick decision-making.
Tools & Data You May Work With Power BI or similar reporting tools (building or refining reports/dashboards)
Internal operational reporting sources (e.g., job tracking/reporting environments such as Job Tracker, where applicable)
Basic automation/AI tools (e.g., Copilot-style tooling, workflow templates), depending on team usage
What you bring to the table Currently enrolled in a post-secondary program (Business, Data/Analytics, Computer Science, Marketing Analytics, or related).
Strong comfort with Excel; ability to work with and summarize datasets accurately.
Analytical mindset and attention to detail (you enjoy solving problems and finding patterns).
Clear communication skills — able to explain insights in plain language.
Organized and able to manage tasks with multiple priorities in a busy environment.
Located in Windsor and can commute to the office.
What You’ll Gain Hands‑on experience with real business datasets and practical analytics projects.
Exposure to how AI and process improvements are measured and rolled out in a professional services environment.
Portfolio‑ready deliverables (dashboards, KPI definitions, insight summaries, reporting templates).
Mentorship and feedback to build your technical and professional skills.
Term Summer (e.g., 8-16 weeks)
Where you’ll work Windsor, ON
Job type Permanent, Full-time
Salary range Will be communicated at a later stage in the hiring process.
