Take your skills to the next level as an Experienced Technical Support Specialist. Engage with customers while providing top-notch technical assistance via phone, primarily for French-speaking clients.
In this key role, you will facilitate seamless communication as part of the Technical Solutions Center team. Your main responsibilities involve troubleshooting complex issues, managing complaints, and ensuring all inquiries are resolved properly. You will also aid in training and documentation processes, guaranteeing compliance with quality standards while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide first-line assistance for customer technical inquiries
• Effectively troubleshoot issues to optimize support processes
• Coordinate customer training sessions and registrations
• Document all interactions according to company policy
• Communicate proactively with regional team members
Requirements:
• BS in Medical Laboratory Science or equivalent education
• Minimum 2 years’ laboratory experience required
• Bilingual (French) proficiency necessary
• Solid analytical skills with troubleshooting expertise
• Competent in Microsoft Office applications
