We seek a skilled IT Support Technician with a proactive mindset and hands-on experience to support our team.
Your role will involve managing help desk tickets, providing executive-level IT support, and assisting with the administration of various systems, including Microsoft platforms. Strong communication and analytical skills will help you thrive in this collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Resolve help desk tickets remotely or onsite
• Act as a technical escalation resource for IT
• Manage hardware inventory across various locations
• Provide exceptional onboarding for new management
• Assist on projects and architectural solutions
Requirements:
• 5 years of IT support experience
• College or university IT program graduate
• Relevant technical certifications are a bonus
• Knowledge of Windows, MAC OS, and cybersecurity tools
• Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle
